Wade Burns CEO
With more than 10 years experience as a professional conveyancer, Wade is My Property Exchange's Principal and Property Law Specialist.
What Wade doesn't know about conveyancing, isn't worth knowing.
Okay, there's a little real estate buying/selling bravado in the latter, but it's well earned.
He is a past Councilor and Director of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and in addition to conveyancing, assists customers with all manner of property law matters including:
- Retail leasing
- Mortgage law
- Purchase/sale of business
- New/existing business consultancy
- Disputes with councils and deceased estates
Wade is renowned for providing fast, practical and commercial solutions that are results-focused. He's proactive, sharp and loves his job!
He also keeps our property exchangers on the ball with ridiculously grandiose incentives that include free coffee, lollies, chocolate and if he's in a good mood - cinema tickets. Oh yeah, he goes all out.

Rebecca Burns
Practice Manager and Boss’s Wife, Bec as we call her ensures ssssmmmooottttthhhh sailing in our office, she is a celebrity in her own right. She pays us, looks after us, books our training courses and guarantees our well being. We love her!
Jeneve Tyra
Jeneve is our celebrated MPE Licensed Conveyancer. Jeneve’s professional approach with her clients helps her manage a large case load. Jeneve takes untold pride in being able to meet tight deadlines. Jessica Nguyen
Jessica has her Avd. Dip in Conveyancing Law, she has worked as a paralegal for various law firms such as Di Lizio & Associates (Sydney Office), Fukuta-Aoki Legal, Sydney. Jessica speaks fluent Vietnamese and works specifically within the Asian community. Jessica enjoys challenging tasks as well as problem solving and is very Customer Service focused. She believes the client is the most important part of the matter.
