6 steps to the setting up your account with us.
- Step 1: Register for your My Property Exchange Account - it takes 5 minutes online or simply call us on 1300 455 251 and we would be happy to answer your questions first before you decide to go further.
- Step 2: Let us know what additional services you may need - if you are using our online form and are not sure what you need just tick the 'not sure box' and we can provide you advice once your account is created.
- Step 3: You can pay over the phone or online. If setting up your account online you can safely pay your deposit through our ANZ Payment Gateway. An electronic ANZ receipt is then made available.
- Step 4: A My Property Exchanger will call you to welcome you, confirm your account has been created and discuss your requirements such as what additional services may be advisable.
- Step 5: Your will be provided with our "Welcome Pack" explaining how you can get the most from our service plus a username and password to access your account. Your My Property Exchanger will also begin to act on your file.
- Step 6: Login anytime 24/7 and track the status of the conveyancing process using our online case tracking system through your computer. Apart from logging in to your account you can always phone, SMS, Skype, email or even drop by for a coffee. (If you have an iPhone you can use our iPhone conveyancing application)
